The mission of Marguerite Poindexter LaMotte Elementary School is to develop the whole child by implementing a rigorous academic program where engaged and collaborative educators, students, parents and the community work together to promote mastery of grade level standards for all students by providing personalized and tiered instruction that addresses the cognitive, emotional, social and physical development and creates college prepared and career ready learners.
